Istanbul is the capital of three empires, the city of Constantine and Mehmed the Conqueror, and today the most populous city in Turkey. I love Istanbul. In this unique city that connects Asia and Europe, people literally change continents every day just to go to work. Today, this cosmopolitan character makes Istanbul one of the cultural capitals of Eastern Europe.
